Booking in advance is recommended and Stacey requires 24 hours’ notice to any changes if you cannot attend the booked session.  If any appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, or doesn’t turn up to their session without notice or unless a valid medical reason as an exception, we have the right to charge 50% of your treatment.
